I'm currently looking at an S2000 with 100k+ miles, should I be worried? Is there anything I should look out for?

Just make sure the fluids were kept up to date and you're golden. Also check top for leaks.

I would say look for complete maintenance records; if those are not available then proceed with extreme caution. But I'm not aware of anything uniquely scary about that car with 100k miles.

The timing chain tensioner gets worn out and leads to a characteristic rattle - quick and easy DIY fix, not sure if it really does any damage.
Try moving forward, reversing a little, moving forward again. If you hear a single clunk the rear hubs could be a little worn - they weren't tightened enough from the factory and there was a TSB that increased the recommended torque to 220lb-ft.
1st-2nd gear can get quite notchy.
The clutch rod/fork tends to dry out and the rod gets worn and leads to the clutch feeling rough - again there's a quick and easy DIY fix that made a world of difference to mine.
My rear suspension started creaking around 90k but the bushes just needed lubricating.
Some of them do use a lot more oil than others but not sure how honest the seller will be.
All minor things but noises and clunks tend to worry people - they are fantastic cars and you'll be very happy :)
